Everything You Need to Become a New Patient

Below, you can find important information on joining us as a new patient. This includes what to expect during your first visit, financing options, and new patient forms you’ll need to fill out. Your First Visit
Once you fill out your new patient forms, one of our dental assistants will go over your forms and perform X-rays of your mouth. A dentist may come in to introduce themselves during data collection to let you know they will be serving you today. Soon after, they will come back to discuss your specific dental concerns. After a comprehensive exam, we’ll discuss treatment recommendations and insurance estimates that accompany them. All treatment recommendations are accompanied with X-rays and intraoral photos, so patients understand exactly why certain treatments are recommended.

Complete Your Forms Online
Save time during your first and future visits by creating an account on our patient portal. You will be able to login to see their future appointments, review completed work, active and future treatment plans that needs to be completed. There will also be a way to make payments online

You’ll need to provide contact information, insurance information, health and dental histories plus a list of current medications.

Dental Financing
Are you looking for a financing option that’s outside of traditional dental insurance? Our dental office is happy to offer third-party financing options like Lending Point, so you can pay for your treatments in more manageable installments instead of all at once. In many cases, you can even pay little to zero interest on your treatment. Whether you do not currently have dental insurance or you need help covering costs for treatments not typically covered by a dental plan, Lending Point makes it easy!

Ideal Smiles Dental Care is happy to be in-network with many major providers and employers in the area. We also work with any dental insurance plan that allows you to see the dentist of your choice! Our team members will file claims on your behalf and help you maximize deserved benefits, whether we’re considered “in-network” or not.

If you currently don’t have dental insurance, you don't have to miss out on affordable dental care. At Ideal Smiles, you can now sign up for our In-House Membership Plan. It offers many of the same benefits as traditional insurance, but for one low, monthly fee. It doesn’t have the typical annoyances of insurance like deductibles, waiting periods, or yearly maximums. You literally just sign up, and then your basic dental care (and more!) is covered.
